- ✔️ Professional Certifications (Highly Preferred): Candidates holding recognised industry certifications (e.g., IICRC AMRT, Dewpoint Professional, UKAME, or PCA) will be given priority for job allocations.
- ✔️ Fully Insured: You must hold valid Public Liability Insurance.
- ✔️ Fully Equipped: You must have your own van, professional tools, and trade-grade mould eradication chemicals.
- ✔️ Registered Business: You must be registered as self-employed (with a UTR number) or as a UK Limited Company.
- ✔️ Professional & Reliable: You are representing our brand. You must be punctual, polite to customers, and leave properties clean and tidy.
